CHILD SAFETY POLICY

Due to recent circumstances we have had to adjust our policy regarding children in our salon. Sadly we request your assistance: We LOVE children, but for their own SAFETY we cannot allow them in the salon unless they are having a treatment. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, it would be preferable that no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having your own treatments. (Tan, lashes or nails) We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. Our salon is filled with hazardous materials, sharp objects and a dangerous stairway.

We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Please note that Virgin Active upstairs does offer safe child minding services to its members as well as the Wembley Square play area that is set up on saturdays between 9am and 12pm. They have dedicated child minders present.
